We look forward to helping you and your athlete improve their performance, increase their confidence, and crush their goals. Training Information
While we offer a flexible schedule for athletes to come train, the best results are seen by those who consistently show up at least twice a week. Classes will be added or adjusted based on need. Open time slots left intentionally for private training and/or specific team training.

Small Group Training
Middle School & High School
This is for Middle School and High School athletes to improve their ability to sprint, jump, land, change direction, and use their strength/power efficiently to improve performance for their sport. We will help show them how to translate these movements into their sport, and specific game situations, to help them connect their training to their competition. Ultimately, we help athletes become better at their sport, and not just show off in the weight room.
Young Guns Training
5th & 6th grade
This program is designed for 5th-6th graders who want to prepare for the transition to middle school athletics. We will focus on FUN, coordination, sprint mechanics, jumps/landing, and competitive games to have them improve their athleticism, confidence, and performance!
Payment & Policies
Payment can be made via Venmo, PayPal, Cash, or Check.
Training sessions can only be used in a group class at an available listed time on the website signup page.
If you sign up for a session and do not show up, it will count as a training session
If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your training, it will count against your total (emergency exceptions will be considered)
